Hello everyone-since this is a hot topic- I though I would share.
I just called the Disney Res Line and was able to apply this code to my exsisting reservation. I have a Magic your way package booked in Nov, (4 nites/standard view @ AKL and 1 day park tickets for 3 adults and 1 child). I was told that this is a discount code for package deals only-not a room only code. My total cost before code was $ 1312.31 and now it is $962.75!!! Savings of $349.56!!

Since the official start date is tomorrow do you think DU agents would start trying for discounts tonight if it is working for people (not sure what time Disney reservation line closes) or will it be tomorrow at 7:00 am?

I just tried to change mine and Chuck (cm) said the code is unavailable, lucky you for getting in early, hopefully they dont throw it out for being early like some other problems i have heard with things like ADRs and what not!

She said that they know the code is there but the system is not updated with the information so they are not able to apply to packages to see if it will help AAA packages. She will let me know as soon as she can get the update. Our AAA offices close at 10 EST so I am guessing tomorrow a.m. Congrats to everyone who gets a good deal out of this!

Wow, that's about 26% if I figured it right. That would be a little over $500 savings for me. I hope my TA gets on that first thing in the morning! I could do a lot of secret Christmas shopping with that $500 while we're there!

The next CM i got said code YQC said no bookings untill OCt 1 and that it was a package discount for room and ticket! October 1!!! I will still try tomarrow am but I am thinking no go, why else would he read his screen to me and say it would apply but I need to call on Oct 1.

Well, for one thing, Disney CMs usually seem to be the last to know about things like upcoming discounts. They probably keep them in the dark so they won't be telling people who call to book on A day to hang on and wait for B day because they'll get their room cheaper then.

yes, if it is under 45 days there might be a fee for changes, search these boards and see if it is worth it to you. I know some picked a credit to their room that they burned off on their vacation, they should be able to credit the card you paid with.
