Info.on buying DVC...

I have read EVERY thread or FAQ on this but I was wondering who I could contact to get written information on this.Not sure how to find out which resorts still have points available,what other resorts we can use etc.I know if I go to the points calculator I can see the list of resorts but is that it or are there more to choose from?I'm sorry if these questions have been asked before but this is all new for me!
