Info for HHI Lovers

F.Y.I. It has been raining daily from June 1 through today June 6, almost continuously. Forecast says rain will continue through most of next week. This is very unusual weather for HH. Our spring was very rainy and cooler too. Sure wish it would stop. Just want to sit on the beach or catch some rays at the pool. Very disappointing.

It looks like HH also uses a different calendar, as ours suggests that today is only June 3.

Do you have any little ones with you? I can sympathize with you. We were at HH once when it rained all week, and it was in February, so it was cold besides. It was OK for us, as we didn't have any young children, just DH and me, so DH could sit and watch ESPN, while I went down to Big Murgie's Den with my paperback book and watched the DVC video for 10 or so times. But the families with children! I remember talking to a Dolphin Watch guide, and he said he's gotten calls from parents after about 3 days of rain, saying "PLEASE take us out-I don't care if we don't see anything-but we have to have something for the kids to do!" Have you found the Board games in Big Murgie's Den? I saw the CMs there giving them out to desperate families!
