Info about Swan?

Hi! Just booked the Swan for a quick weekend trip fist weekend of October. Have never stayed at an Epcot hotel, picked the Swan because of larger beds and great goverment rate. What views does the Swan have, what is it close to? Is the Dolphin better, like many people state? How far to the boardwalk(never done this either) Any info would be appreciated, never been to this area of the world. My DH is getting tired of Disney, I'm hoping a change will get him into it again. If the Dolphin is really more impressive I can still change over.Thanks

We love the Swan, although we're DVC members so hardly ever stay there. If you get a room facing the Dolphin (esp one with a balcony) you can wake up to the Friendship boats.

The Boardwalk is right across a short bridge...great location!
