You are going to get all kinds of opinons on this. Alot of these depends upon your age and the ages of those with you, but I will give you my opinion for what it is worth! :)

Angie

Magic Kingdom:
Astro Orbiter - not Fastpass, skip it if there is a line
Alien Encounter - GREAT the first time. A little scary, but if you like stuff like that - go for it!
Country Bear Jamboree - if you are into nostalgia at WDW, this is good, but otherwise skip it
Dumbo - another nostalgia or if you have young kids. Otherwise skip it.
Hall of Presidents - DO NOT MISS - very cool animatronics!
Mad Tea Party - Fun! If you get motion sickness, might want to skip
Tomorrowland Speedway - SKIP not worth the wait!
Frontierland Shootin Arcade - fun to kill time, otherwise skip
Tom Sawyer Island - good if you need a break - otherwise skip
Buzz Lightyears - DO NOT MISS
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin - just like Dumbo with an Aladdin theme. Not fastpass. Ride if there is not a line.

Animal Kingdom:
Kilimanjaro Safaris - If you have never ridden before - DO NOT MISS - GO EARLY IN THE MORNING to see more animals.
Mahajarah Jungle Trek - Ok if you don't have a zoo nearby
Pangani Forest Exploration Trail - ditto
Affecftion Section - ????
Festival of the Lion King - DO NOT MISS
Flights of Wonder - I hear this is cool, but I have never seen it
Tarzan Rocks - GOOD! But not as good as Lion King
Primeval Whirl - FUN! (Others may disagree, but I love it!!)
Triceratop Spin - Another Dumbo ride, this time with a dinosaur theme. "Kitchy" Ride if no line

Epcot:
Journey into Imagination with Figment - DO NOT MISS
The Making of Me - skip
The AMerican Adventure - If you havn't seen it, go.
Impression de France - We always skip, but to each his own
O Canada - I hear the new movie is good, but haven't seen it yet.
Wonders of China - New movie as well.

MGM:
Walt Disney - One Man's Dream - DO NOT MISS
The Magic of Disney Animation - Ok
American Film Instititute Showcase - Ok
Playhouse Disney - DO NOT MISS if you have young children - otherwise skip
Who Wants to be a Millionare - If you like the show, go.
Sounds Dangerous - Go if you have never been.
Academy of Television Arts & Sciences - ok

There are a few others you didn't say like Little Mermaid Show at MGM, Kali River Rapids at AK, The ride at Norway at EPCOT. These are some we love also.

Have fun!
Angie

Ok, with the caveat that this is from a 35 year old male who was last at DW in November...

Magic Kingdom:

Astro Orbiter- Skipable unless nostalgia beckens

Alien Encounter- Good for one time. I don't see much repeat value.

Country Bear Jamboree- Since they removed it from Disneyland, it may be worth doing. I missed this last time, but am looking forward to doing it on my next visit. (Next Week!)

Dumbo- Never my favorite. I would stick this in for nostalgia purposes.

Hall of Presidents- Classic. Means more as an adult than as a child.

Mad Tea Party -See Dumbo.

Tomorrowland Speedway- Haven't done this in a while. I have a 30 minute commute in the morning to my job. As an adult the opportunity to drive in heavy traffic loses it's appeal.

Frontierland Shootin Arcade- Probably no line. Nice item for a break.

Tom Sawyer Island- I missed this last visit and am looking forward to it next week. An older attraction that tends to get ignored.

Buzz Lightyears- Haven't done this. Doesn't really appeal to me. Don't know why...

The Magic Carpets of Aladdin- To me this is Dumbo without the nostalgia draw.... skippable.

I did not get a chance to hit the other parks, but based on a recent trip to Disneyland I would strongly reccomend Walt Disney - One Man's Dream- It still is amazing to see how all this started and to hear Walt's own voice... Anyway, my opinion.... your mileage may vary..... steve c

MGM:
Walt Disney - One Man's Dream - Good for when it's hot outsie
The Magic of Disney Animation - Definetly see
American Film Instititute Showcase - This isn't a ride.
Playhouse Disney - Only if you have kids
Who Wants to be a Millionare - Use FASTPASS....must do
Sounds Dangerous - Good for when its hot
Academy of Television Arts & Sciences - Not really a ride....its a bunch of statues.

Well the answer to this will really vary depending on the ages and likes of your party but I will give you my personal opinion if you want it! :p Just so you have some ideas about my likes I thought I would give you an idea of some of my favorite attractions at each park. If my likes match up with yours then perhaps you will feel the same way about the other attractions.

Fave MK Attractions: Peter Pan, Splash Mountain, Buzz Lightyear
Fave Epcot Attractions: Spaceship Earth, Cranium Command
Fave MGM Attractions: RnRC, TOT, Great Movie Ride
Fave AK Attractions: Lion King, Wonder of Flight, Safari

Magic Kingdom:
Astro Orbiter - never ridden
Alien Encounter - never liked it - skip
Country Bear Jamboree - ok if you have time and want a nice break
Dumbo - I always enjoy it
Hall of Presidents - once was enough for me
Mad Tea Party - lots of fun

Buzz Lightyears - love it - must do every visit
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin - wasn't there on last visit

Animal Kingdom:
Kilimanjaro Safaris - must do
Mahajarah Jungle Trek - we enjoy it but we like to spend time looking at the animals
Pangani Forest Exploration Trail - same as jungle trek
Affecftion Section -
Festival of the Lion King - love it - best show on property IMHO
Flights of Wonder - love it - I always enjoy this show
Tarzan Rocks - pretty good
Primeval Whirl - wasn't there on our last visit
Triceratop Spin - wasn't there on our last visit

Epcot:
Journey into Imagination with Figment - skip it
The Making of Me - never seen
The AMerican Adventure - ok
Impression de France - never seen
O Canada - never seen
Wonders of China - never seen

MGM:
Walt Disney - One Man's Dream - wasn't there last time
The Magic of Disney Animation - pretty good
American Film Instititute Showcase - wasn't there last time
Playhouse Disney - never seen
Who Wants to be a Millionare - lots of fun
Sounds Dangerous - boring - skip
Academy of Television Arts & Sciences - wasn't there last time

And anything about DisneyQuest - We had lots of fun at DisneyQuest. DH really loved it since he is a big video game person and he was in heaven. I had fun but my favorite part was the Cheesecake Factory on the top floor! :p

Well I hope that helps you some... :)

As everyone else has said, it really depends on the ages of people in your group - but here's my skip list - everything else not mentioned is a must do:

MK - Skip Astro Orbiter, Timekeeper, Speedway, Aladdin, Dumbo, Shootin Arcade, All of Toon Town, Mad Tea Party

Epcot - Living Seas, Food Rocks, Body Wars

MGM - Indiana Jones, Playhouse Disney, Honey I Shrunk the Kids Playground

AK - Boneyard, Triceratop Spin

Okay, I'll agree with what everyone else says, that we all have different opinions. But I'll throw my two sense in also. I'm taking my mom in October so I have a mental list of what we're going to do, so maybe that will help you.

Magic Kingdom:
Astro Orbiter--I've done this once but wouldn't wait to do it again
Alien Encounter--I hate this and know my mother will hate it.
Country Bear Jamboree--very lame. Will be skipping
Dumbo--I would do this with children, but not with me and my
mom
Hall of Presidents--I always enjoy this and think my mom will too
Mad Tea Party--I love this but my mom will hurl, so we'll skip
Tomorrowland Speedway--I've done this when there is no line,
but plan on skipping with my mom
Frontierland Shootin Arcade--never have done this and really
don't plan too. Just doesn't appeal to me.
Tom Sawyer Island--cute, but not for me and mom
Buzz Lightyears--Absolutely love this and will not miss it.
The Magic Carpets of Aladdin--Same as dumbo, although I might
take my mom on it just so the camel will spit on her :)

Animal Kingdom:
Kilimanjaro Safaris--Never miss this
Mahajarah Jungle Trek--Probably will skip just for times sake
Pangani Forest Exploration Trail--Same as Maharajah
Affecftion Section--No real desire to do this.
Festival of the Lion King--This is a must do for me and I know my
mom will love it too.
Flights of Wonder--Have never done this. Probably will some day
but not on the trip with my mom. she's not a real big animal
person
Tarzan Rocks--I've skipped this in the past because good friends
told me it was lame. I've seen other reviews of it so I will
probably try it, but again, not with my mom for time's sake.
Primeval Whirl--I think this is great, but I doubt I'll get my mom on
it
Triceratop Spin--Same as dumbo

Epcot:
Journey into Imagination with Figment--very cute, will be taking
mom
The Making of Me--I have no desire to see this, and since she has
two children, I don't think she will either.
The American Adventure--This is a must do for me when in Epcot.
I didn't get a chance to get to it this past week and I missed
it. Will definitely hit it next trip.
Impression de France--I enjoyed this, but I don't know that it has a high repeatability factor
O Canada--There isn't a new movie to this. Only China has a new movie. But I somehow always end up seeing this. Not sure why.
Wonders of China--I saw the old movie so now I want to see the new one. Just to be complete

MGM:
Walt Disney - One Man's Dream--You definitely need to see this once. I found it very interesting and it was great to "see " Walt.
The Magic of Disney Animation--Cute movies, interesting tour. I don't do it every trip, but every couple of trips.
American Film Instititute Showcase--not an attraction
Playhouse Disney--I just did this for the first time because I went
with kids. Wouldn't do this with me and my mom.
Who Wants to be a Millionare--Can't miss. I know my mom will
love
Sounds Dangerous--Cute to do if you have some time to kill
Academy of Television Arts & Sciences--not an attraction, just
some stautes

And anything about DisneyQuest--i've never done DQ and don't
really intend to. I get my fill of fun at the parks and I have an
AP. I don't want to pay extra for DQ.

Hope this helps.
