A MORAL DILEMMA: The New Orleans City Council approved two ordinances Thursday transferring money to the Office of Health Policy for what was described on the agenda as the "Infant Morality Initiative Program."
Someone spotted the error, and the council approved amendments changing "morality" to "mortality," but not before one wag in the audience commented that sex education is really starting early these days.
