Does anyone know of any suites less than $70 that have separate rooms (bedroom/sitting)?

I would like to put my daughter down for a nap in a separate room.

Trying to stay $70 or less.

Go to http://www.thhotels.com and check out Days Suites and Quality Suites. I've stayed at both within the past 2 years and would recommend either.

Homewood Suites is also very nice and sometimes has specials within your budget.

Another great option is to check http://www.windsor-palms-resort.com/ where you can find 2-bedroom condos starting at $55/nite depending on the season. We stayed there in November and it was extremely nice - much better than any of the hotels I mentioned.

When you reserve ask them about their $49.00 a night rate... the website list it as $79 and up... but we've always stayed for $39 or $49 for a one bedroom. Large sitting area with TV, couch, table, chairs... and murphy bed... full kitchen with table and bathroom... and VERY large bedroom with vanity, closet, tv, patio and two full beds..

I booked a suite last month at the Holiday Inn Family Suites (going next week!), and with my entertainment card, I got the residential suite for just $71/night! :bounce:

If you are going for around a week, try Skyacution's ready, set, go rentals. They are about $270 per week.

Hotelkingdom will also list suites. I stayed at the Amerisuites for around $40

We will be there for a week. Does Amerisuites have a separate bedroom with a door that can close? Also, what is Skyauctions? Is that like Priceline?

Amerisuites does not have a door. There is an open area between the bedroom and living area. Hotelkingdom will probably have something else listed that you will like if you want a separate room.

Hotwire might work for you since they list which hotels are suites, and you can usually find out what hotel it is before you bid on it(betterbidding.com)

Skayauction is an auction for renting unused timeshare property. You have to bid, but you get to see what you are bidding on before you do. Most ready, set, go auctions go for around $60, then you have to add on fees of $210.

I used them for two trips to WDW and once for Wisconsin Dells. It was great 2 have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(one with a whirlpool tub), 3 tvs, and a full kitchen for less than it would cost to rent a hotel room. There are several people on the boards that have used them(if the search is ever working, you can search and see).

HTH. let me know if you ahve other ?

From Wyndham, they have a deal right now for their "Wyndham Palms Resort & Country Club" suites (1 bedroom suites) are $85.00 a night, but are buy three nights get one free. Never stayed here but it looked very nice.

"Guest Room with sitting area
A three room suite that sleeps 6 people comfortably, large living area and full kitchen with dining area, two color TV's and a pull down Murphy bed, Individual climate control. Pay per view movies & Nintendo in room available for purchase, poolside or courtyard available. "

They also deliver the paper, and provide coffee in the rooms, as well as ice. We have never had a problem here and have stayed many times. The also offer shuttle service to the parks and you can walk to many restraunts, shops and attractions. If you are quoted a rate other than 49 as about the $49 rate, it is available most all nights (except holidays I think) we got ours on saturdays always and some weeknights we've stayed... they may not come out and always do the room for 49, just ask... I know there is a coupon out there to in the denny's books...

Hi angelsinheaven

I'm also checking out hotels that can comfortably AND economically cater to a family of five, have given up on trying to afford on-site. The Days Inn looks great especially since it has trans to the major theme parks! If you don't mind, a "couple" of questions for you...
Do they have a balcony? My DH is a smoker. I know, I know, but I doubt he'll quit before the trip :D
What is Old Town?
Is there a Red Lobster or TGIF nearby? Don't ask me why, but the kids want to try them. Too much tv I suspect.
Can we bring our own nintendo system and games to avoid the surcharges?
Would you recc. renting a car or using the shuttles?
Where can I find out about Fast Pass at WDW?

Thank you, thank you.

It looks like you're in Orlando now...woohoo! Hope you're having a wonderful time. Please post a trip report when you can. I'm going to move my earlier questions to a new thread in case someone else can answer my questions in the meantime.
