Indoor CS restaurants in Epcot???

So, we're heading to the World in June..

which means it will be H-O-T!!!

our family is a DxDP, TS kinda family, mainy for the guaranteed seat in the a/c and that my DH refuses to eat just pizza, hamburgers and fries while on vacation...

So I bite the bullet and book the DxDP..

anyhoo...

our first day we'll get to Epcot like 11am-ish...and head straight into the park and we'll need lunch somewhere - my plan this trip it to pay for 2 CS lunches OOP to cover the 2 2-credit dinners we'll be having (HDDR & Yachtsman)..

So, WHERE is your favorite CS restaurant in Epcot that has INDOOR seating?

Sunshine Seasons first came to mind b/c I know its indoors, but there has to be more than just that one place for lunch, right??

La Cantina de San Angel in Mexico - During the day you can eat inside the beautiful La Hacienda building with your food from the Cantina.
The Yakatori House in Japan - now under refurbishment, has a nice indoor seating area.
The French Bakery in France has a small indoor eating area in the shop next door.
I believe the Electric Umbrella in FW does, but I wouldn't waste a CS credit there
Liberty Inn in the American Adventure has a really large indoor seating area, but again, there are so many great international QS, I wouldn't waste a credit on burgers and fries.
Tangerine Cafe has indoor seating, but I think the windows are usually open with ceiling fans, I am not sure it is air conditioned, but it has great food.

I think Sunshine Seasons in the Land would be a great option for your family.

Edit: Duh, missed your second to last sentence. Hopefully covered a lot of them.. I believe China's CS is indoors as well.

Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion is the best CS restaurant in all of Disney World in my opinion. Fresher food, great choices, self serve pop and coffee, A lot of seating and space, and in a nice setting.

My favorite TS in all of WDW is Tangierine Cafe in Morocco and it does have indoor seating.

I would recommend Sunshine Seasons & Electric Umbrella.
