indoor boats at Epcot

We've never ridden either boat at Mexico and Norway at Epcot. We hope to ride one or both in Nov. How similar are they and if we ride only one, which would be more appealing to a 9 and a 5-year old?

The ride in Mexico is along the lines of "It's a Small World" - only on a smaller scale. The Norway ride is more along the lines of "Pirates of the Carribean" - again smaller and with a small drop. I'd guess they'd like the one in Norway better - unless they're easily frightened by things such as Trolls.

I wouldn't say they're similar at all. Spartan's description gives you a small idea of what they're like. We prefer the one at Norway, but I think it's worth it to go inside the pyramid if only for the cultural aspect...and as long as you're there...

I would suggest that you do Mexico first if you do both. Otherwise, it might seem too tame.
