Individual Lightning Lane Question

So it's been a few years since my last DW trip and I'm trying to get caught up on the new FP system. I understand that for genie+ reservations, we either need to use the reservation or wait 120 minutes before we can book the next one. Does this apply to Individual Lightning Lane reservations as well? So if I book my first ILL at 7am and the park opens at 9am, I can book my second one at either 11am or after I've used my first one if I got an early return window. Is that right? Or can I purchase both my ILLs at 7am?

You can purchase both. However please note that Disney recently announced a change in which there’s only one ILL at each park now and the other ILL has been shifted to the G+ pool. You might be park hopping and in that case you can purchase two at 7 AM - one for each park.

You can also check the official Disney website for their current Genie practices. Some things like the price will change over time and Disney will likely modify the program based on how well something is/isn't working. If you look at those lengthy Genie threads on here, make sure to also notice the date of various comments. As things are modified, what was true 4 months ago may no longer be the case.
