well as some of you know, my mom was thinking of switching from Delta to US Airways (despite her Delta platinum frequent flyer status).
Delta has been messing around with their schedule for the last few months as well as suddenly using planes that haven't been updated (on the route my mom flies).
So my mom's TA suggested she try US Airways, which has a suite seat in business class (like first class seats on other airlines).
She'd never flown through Philly and so was worried, but the delta flight she would have taken (amsterdam-detroit) was a 767 with practically ancient business class seats that are crammed together.
So she figured she'd give US Airways a try.
she flew yesterday and said it was fabulous!!
she was on the airbus 330-200 which has the suite seats up in business class (this is the plane that flies from heathrow to Philly).
You can see the description of the seat here:

she said the seats were fantastic. She slept the entire way.
She said the cabin crew was very nice, but OLD. Older than me, which is really old. But she said they were very nice.
she said Philly airport is huge. Much bigger than she expected.
She had wheelchair assistance there so it all was very easy for her.
Immigration/customs was very fast and then she dropped her bags at the connecting desk.
Her connecting flight was on US Airways Express (operated by republic) which flies out of terminal C. But the business lounge is in terminal B.
So the wheelchair guy took her to the lounge, where she had a 2 hour wait for her next flight.
When it was time for her to go to the gate, she walked to the elevator to go back down to the terminal level and one of the US Airways lounge agents jumped up to go down the elevator with her to make sure that one of those golf carts was there to take her to the gate.
How nice is that??? I can assure you that's never happened in the delta lounge
she said even the miniature plane that flies from philly to detroit (where she was headed) was nicer than delta's miniature planes (the same plane, but somehow the US Airways version seemed nicer to her).
anyway, she was very pleased with the flights/airport and will be traveling US Airways via philly again!!! (well obviously, she has her return to fly)
