Indianapolis Dis Meet

Just curious as to when an INdianapolis meet will happen.

Well, any month but May would be alright. We have some people that want to see our Children's Museum and zoo.

NO problem I can't get enough of Indy's Zoo and Children's Museum either. Dh and I are going to Vegas March 31st -April 5th. May 31st is the kids last day in school. June 7th-14th we'll be in WDW. Anytime between, before or after those dates is fine with me.

I'm pretty easy too. I've been to the zoo and museum more times than I can count, but the kids always love it.

Shep and I want to come. We are trying to make it to NE Ohio March 1, March 7 I am going to Graceland with my Mom. First week of May we will be in WDW. Memorial weekend is towncrier's meet. Late March or sometime in April would be best for us, we can arrange our trip to TN around this meet.

Barry, trust me, you do not want to come up to Indianapolis at the end of may. It gets a little busy around my neck of the woods.

The Indy 500 is then and the hotel rates are jacked up also.

An Indy meet sounds great to me. Amanda already mentioned the Ohio meets in March and May (and I agree, I do NOT want to go to Indy at the end of May anyway ) Otherwise I am up to pretty much anything. Just let me know.

yay!!! finally a meet that i can attend!!!!

and serena's right...you don't want to be anywhere near here during the end of may...we lock ourselves up in our apartment and don't come out until absolutely necessary! it's a madhouse!!!

i've been to the children's museum once...but i don't have any kids around anymore... but i would love to see the zoo. haven't made it there just yet...isn't the IMAX theater there too?

let me know if there's anything i can do to help get this together!! and pretty much anytime's good for us. we have no immediate plans for anything..oh, except for the weekend of june 21. that's my sister's wedding...i'd be crucified if i missed that considering i'm a bridesmaid...

Not to mention Gatlinburg trip in April...
And a Cincinnati meet sometime in the summer...we'll try to shoot for June on this one...

I would be interested, also.

I would suggest that we consider NOT scheduling in May (Indy 500), August (Brickyard 400) or September (US Grand Prix and US Nationals). As mentioned above, hotel rooms are more expensive and getting around is a lot more limited during these times, even if you're NOT on the west side of town (by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway or Indianapolis Raceway Park).
