Indiana Jones Themed Bar in Downtown Disney!

I just heard that they are building an Indiana Jones themed bar in Downtown Disney. Does anyone have anymore details about it?? Also, I would think if they are building a bar themed with Indiana Jones they shouldnt be getting rid of the show. It's a popular movie for everyone

1. There are only a very few places at WDW that restrict kids.

2. And, THAT is the reason for most places to admit families.

Kids are allowed in bars all over WDW so I believe they will be allowed here. I'm just hoping it'll be off the dining plan.

and Gaston's Tavern is not a bar....

We're going end of August, looks like we'll just miss it. Ugh!

It says Fall of 2015 but doesnt have a specific month or date. We will be there Sept 30-Oct 10th. Will it be open then??

We just saw this being built when we were at the Dockside Bar by the Boathouse last weekend...Will be excited to see the special effects...Trader Sam's is a blast but really small and tough to get into on weekends and parking at the Poly is a challenge. This one will undoubtedly be more kid-friendly. I'm thinking based on the theme, they may bring in an old sea plane and have it docked outside. At any rate, we'll be watching this one's opening...we're going late October so I think we have a good chance of it being open by then.

One bit of great news for our Food&Wine trip, almost makes up for the third consecutive Oct closing of the MK railroad. We've got ressies for Raglan Road on Halloween so this will add spice to that night.

I wonder if it will be open late, like until 2am as are most bars. There's terribly little for us night owls to do at WDW if you don't want to be in extra magic hours parks. Even the resort lounges close around 11pm, I'm pretty sure.
