We saw Indiana Jones about three week ago and a few stunts were removed from the show...

First, the big ball did not come out. Indie just stood there holding the gold idol and the "scene" ended.

Second during the big crowd scene/fight. When Indie and Marion climb to the top of the building using the ladder they jump off together into the awning. But in the show we saw, Marion used the zip line to get to the ground and Indie showed up a few seconds later (I don't know how he got down).

Was Indie injured?? The weather was fine because I have seen them change the show when it rains.

Just wondering

It's hard to say exactly what happened. I think sometimes they have equipment or other difficulties that require making changes in the show. When we were there in November, they didn't do any part of the opening sequence with the rolling stone and the idol. They did make a brief announcement about technical difficulties making it impossible for them to do some of the planned stunts.

I don't know if this is just random problems or if this is a sign that the attraction may be in need of a larger overhaul.

When we were there in Feb. we saw someone fall from the zipline from the top and land on their back, they stopped the show immediately and evacuated the audience. When we were there in October it was running full steam again. Maybe they had some problems with an earlier show. Gives new meaning to "the show must go on"

We were there end of April/early May and they did everything but the plane thing due to rain. I thought it was a good show. DS7 loved it. Don't know if we'll do it again or not though if they cut a bunch of stuff out.

Tag Fairy--still clappin' and still believin'

I was there Wednesday, Dec 17 and they had the full stunt show - I enjoyed it. The part where they take people from out of the audience to make up the crowd scenes and dress them up. One of the guys sitting right in front of us was selected - he was the one the stunt coordinator used to show how they fake "fight" scenes - and it looked like she was really lambasting him. I thought he was with the people in front of us - of course, he was really one of the stunt men
