Indian Shores / Treasure Island / Madeira Beach condos

I've been looking into renting a condo for a week in April for myself, husband and 2 kid (11 and 8) I've been concentrating on the Mad. Beach and Treasure Island area and have come across a deal on a condo in Indian Shores at Holiday Villas III through Rentalo.com. Has anybody heard of either these condos or this rental agency? Is there that much distance between Indian Shores and Madeira Beach? Will there be enough to keep the kids interested in Indian Shores or is too laid back and I should spend the extra money ($250) and go with the original plan?

Any help in making the decision will be greatly appreciated. We all know when the kids and hubby are happy, mom will have a relaxing vacation.
