Very easy to get to Sherberth and Coronado Springs. I presume they will get to Indian Ridge Oaks using Old Lake Wilson Rd.
When they leave to go to Disney they just turn left onto Old Lake Wilson and go for a couple of miles and turn left again onto Morgan Williams Rd. after a short distance turn left onto Funie Steed Rd. Turn right onto Entry Point and go up to the lights. You'll cross 192 here and you'll be on Sherberth Rd. ( The road on the south side of 192 is called Entry Point Rd and the north side of 192 is Sherberth Rd.) Follow Sherberth to the lights and take a right and then follow the signs to whichever park you want.
Coronado Springs is near AK and Bliz Beach. You'll see directions for it just after you go by the entrance area for AK. You'll take the next right exit.
I marked the directions from Windsor Hills to Disney via Sherberth on this map. Indian Ridge Oaks is just south a little from WH so you can just follow the red line and see where to go. If you zoom in to the red line on the road after AK you can click the little man in the left corner of the map and set him down on the road a little bit to the right of the pink push pin and see a street view of the exit and sign for Coronado Springs.
On the map Indian Ridge Oaks is #4, Line 1 is the red line, Coronado Springs is #42. Click on #4 and then zoom the map in a little.

When returning from Disney follow the directions for Animal Kingdom resort area then as you get closer Animal Kingdom Lodge. Keep to the far left as you near AK park. The next set of lights will be the Sherberth intersection that you came in to. Just turn left and go back the way you came, crossing 192 and taking a left on Funie Steed and a right onto Morgan Williams and a right on Old Lake Wilson.
This is very easy after you do it once.
