Incredicoaster during EMH

During our short, two-day trip in August we will have EMH at DCA for both days due to the CHOC walk schedule. This is exciting for me since Incredicoaster is a priority this trip. However, I started getting worried thinking about all the issues Incredicoaster has been experiencing with downtime. For those of you who have experienced EMH at DCA recently, has the Incredicoaster been operational during the hour? Hoping to at least get one ride in during EMH.
