Incredibles packet from WDW

I started ressies for Sept 30 2015, a year away and I already got 2 Incredibles packet Nov 6 for that ressie and now I got 3 more on Nov 7 for the dates I had and changed . I guess I will be getting more because I changed that date to.
I can't believe they send these out that early, what a waste of money.

I probably got 20 of them while piecing together my new-years trip.

It's part of Disney's new marketing strategy. "Keep the guest invested in their vacation". Less cancellations means more revenue.

Send them multiple reminders, book ADR's 6 months out, MB's 2 months out, keep them excited.

I think have I gotten at least 15 of them over the last several months as I have been piecing together reservations for November 2014 & March 2015. I really hope my dues are not paying for this...

I, too, have booked cash stays per night for holiday stays. I wish there were an option to opt out of mailings. Whew!

Same thing happened to me as I pieced together two rooms for an extended family trip. Such a waste!!

What you all forget is sometimes families only go once a year or every other year. These little things make my daughters light up and the fridge magnets get put up right away.
I agree if there is a way to opt out that would be ideal. That is the same being able to opt out of the 20 MB we have. But then again the girls like one of each colour.
My friends who are going on some of our points we overjoyed with there surprise package.

Not forgetting families only go once a year, we ourselves only go twork years between trips. What we are objecting to is that while you are booking a trip and maybe only have one night open at your preferred resort, you book it and then are able to book another night etc... And then maybe dates change and you start the process again - for everyone of those times you change something it sends you another book!!!! They should have an opt out system!!!

ok sorry Minnie didn't mean to get you all worked up..lol...I agreed with an opt out system would be great, but its not there yet. So when there is a split stay, add on, adjustment right now they don't link them up smooth.
Yes It is a waste, but this isn't just sent to us.

I;m the OP, the magnets are cool but the first 5 books I got had no magnets. But the next one that came did have a magnet.
