Increased AP discounts still available through October?

Dining discounts were higher with the AP last january. Is that still true in October or is that promotion ended?

Right now the discounts are through September 30th. I (and probably many others) are waiting anxiously to see if they're extended.

I've heard/read theories that they may keep them for Epcot's 35th anniversary. So I'm crossing my fingers for that.

No need to purchase TIW by mail. You can buy it at Guest Relations at the entrance to any park so it won't become active until you actually purchase at the parks.

Agree with PP. I have always bought at Disney and that way I get 13 mos on it. Any GR can sell it to you.

Just go to guest services in any of the parks and you can get it right then.... I am not sure if you can get one at your resort ( anyone know??) So this way you can wait and see what they are doing with the AP's and not stress about it...

No, you cannot purchase a TiW card at the hotel. You can purchase it at any guest service window, located at each park including the International Gateway at Epcot, and at Disney Springs.

That's what I thought. I don't think we'll be doing another trip to WDW this year so getting an extra month out of the TIW card isn't that important to me. Our Premier passes expire in July and I don't think the bank account will allow another trip. So I guess I'll just hang out a few days more and see if Disney announces anything about AP discounts through October. Keeping my fingers crossed!
