Increase in passengers and getting things signed

Do you think that with the additional 1,600 passengers (I'm sailing on a full cruise), that they will ever stop allowing passengers to leave items at guest services to be autographed? We've really enjoyed getting pillowcases done in the past, and hope to be able to do other things.

I don't think things will change. Don't tell the children but there may be more than one "Mickey Mouse" back there signing.

Yes! I've done it on all of my cruises. I personally had pillowcases personalized on ebay (there's a DISer that does them with your favorite character and name if you want) and then drop it off at guest services on the first day of the cruise. I put it in a zip-loc bag with a pack of fabric markers (they tend to not fade), and I always put a bag of M&M's in as a "thank you". They have you fill out a form with your room info and the characters that you'd like to sign. There will be boxes to check for the fab 5, princesses, etc, but I have them check them all and then tell them as many other characters as possible. They return it your last night to your stateroom. I know that other people get photo mats, etc, signed.

Remember it's not advertised, it's DIS whispered thing so I don't think there will be that many more people asking. We did it when our kids were younger but haven't gotten anything signed in years so I think it might not be as many people asking as we would think.
