Incorrect Settlement Statement? Founding Member in contract?

I read on a post that the Founding Member benefit for DL DVC buyers to have the first option to buy GVC was spelled out in the poster's AKV contract, but I cannot find any mention of this in my contract docs. Since that is the main reason we're buying AKV (hope we aren't being duped by the hype ), I'd love to find this benefit guaranteed in my contract somewhere. Help!~~

Somewhere in your packet is a phone number for Quality Assurance. Give them a call and go over these issues with them. I've found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful.

Yes, give them a call. They had not included the paperwork for founding member status in our first packet so they sent it out separate. They also had forgotten the Developers points documents so they sent that out separate. After 3 Fedex's we finally had all our documents!

OH do you recall if Founding Member paperwork was a separate document, like the "Gift Card" page was? I keep looking for it in one of the contract clauses.

I called them today and we got to talking about another question I had and then I forgot to ask them about this one (yes, I am a total dork). So now I have to call them again tomorrow. But the QA person was awesome, thanks for the advice!

Yes, it is a separate two page document. I kept looking and looking for mention of it in one of the other documents and finally called b/c I couldn't find it anywhere.
