It has varied. The longest day I have had thus far was just shy of 12 hours, over an 18 year period.

I work remotely due to health issues. I have core hours (9:30-5:30, generally)but honestly my work is extremely flexible. As long as I'm hitting deadlines and I'm able to respond quickly in an emergency (which are pretty rare for my work) my manager doesn't care how long or what times I work. I do about 42-45 hours a week (salaried but I have to use a timecard because I do client work).

I start my day around 1130pm-130am and usually finish my day around 3pm-5pm. Just depends on the route.

Work day is 945am-10pm plus a 45 min commute plus walking to/from parking deck. I'm gone from 845am to 11pm 3 days per week: 14-14.5hrs depending on traffic. It makes for a very long day! I love my job, though, and it's worth it to get 4 days OFF per week.
