Including an add-on in monthly auto-debit dues

When I got my recent dues statements I realized that I needed to update our auto-dues to include the new contract. I called MS and they said that they did it. My online statement still shows that I owe cash for the add-on dues, while my other contracts all are listed as auto-pay. MS says all is fine but it still worries me that there may be a problem when we go to check-in next week. Has anyone else recently added to an auto-dues and cannot see that reflected on-line?

As long as you are corrected in the accounting system, I wouldn't worry. The website has been pretty flaky, and maybe the statements don't update.

Last year when I did an AKV add on, they included it automatically since the master contract was on monthly autopay.

Maybe because my add-on was via resale it was not automatically included with the rest of my contracts as auto-debit. I have done lots of add-ons but my feeble mind cannot remember how this has been handled the other times.

The dues for my addon that just closed was included in the closing cost. I told them at closing that my other dues were autopay. They said for me to tell DVC before the end of the year so they could add the new contract on to autopay.

We added on to our contract in Dec via resale and have autopay for our existing contract. Autopay was not included on our dues statement for the add-on and had been stopped on our original contract. We hadn't noticed that the dues had not been charged during the month fo Dec. After talking to MS, they couldn't tell us why autopay had been removed from the original contract but they did set both back up.
