incentives question

Ok, if this in the wrong area, please move it as I wasn't sure where to ask a question.

We just looked at DVC on our trip a little over a week ago. At the time, DVC and AKV were offering 'incentives' to sign NOW. One was the credit that I see is still on the regular site. Another was they were 'giving' you 160 points to use at SSR only before end of 09 (no banking those) and then a $500 gift card (I think cause we used a friend as a referral).

Does anyone know if any of those other items are still available. I had heard since they were 'announcing' the BLT those other incentives would be gone.

We are also looking into the resales on the timeshare store (ad above).

The incentive programs you were told a week ago for AKV officially expired Sep 20. However, likely most of the incentives (some have reported being told the gift card would be gone) will continue but just no official word yet or exactly what it is and no report yet from someone who is actually buying right now (and thus would be someone who would actually know exactly what is being offered).

Note, the BLT is not included in those incentives yoiu are aware of. Price for it is $112 a point but $5 discount to members adding on 100 points or more with no other incentives. Sales to new purchasers for BLT start mid-next week and will likely be the same discount but for 160 point minimum.
