Incentives- how long do they take to arrive?

In August we purchased a second contract at Aulani and qualified for the Visa Giftcard promotion. At the time I thought they said it would take about 5 months (until closing) for the card to arrive. Is this normal? Has anyone who purchased last summer received theirs yet?

There have been reports of gift card problems. I would contact my Guide and if the doesn't work Claire Bilby the new head of the DVC.

DVC has an issue with the gift cards...I did a phone promotion 2 months ago & still have not rec'd the gift card...I think they have too many offerings that cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner. They assured me they will send it & asked for patience! And some pixie dust! LOL

I added on back in April of 2011 and just received my gift card in December. I had to call them 3 times to finally get it taken care of. They told me that the credit cards expires quickly and they do not want to get them to people with too little time to use them. Each of the 3 times that I called, I asked for a return call back and the customer service agent assured me they would call me back, but I did not receive even 1 call back. The last time I call, the service rep said she would call the visa card provider and make sure that I was at the top of the list for the next set of visa cards to be sent out. I then received it 3 weeks later.

It's good to know that I'm not the only one who has experienced this. I think I'll contatc my guide to see if she can assit in this.

I just talked to Disney and they say you should contact your Guide. The problem should now be corrected.
