I made my final payment by phone on 2/19/04. When I received my confirmation letter (dated 2/20) there was a final due amount of $10.52 (the increase in the Gvmt taxes and fees).
I called DCL and was told that there had been an increase in the Key West fees.
I thought your balance had to be zero in order to receive your docs, so if you've recently made your final payment you may want to check to be sure your balance is indeed ZERO.
