I think we should hold trip reports ransom or form a DCL Western Caribbean cruise Consultation business. Others could take us on the cruise and we could tell them all about it.

Okay, everybody....it was already hard to catch up by reading these posts each night, now I have to check 2-3 times a day or I am pages behind.

I am taking a survey about the postcards. Living here in Melbourne, FL...less than 15 minutes south of Cocoa Beach....which scene would you like mine to have?

A. The Beach?
B. Ron Jon's?
C. Space Shuttle (after all this is the Space Coast)?
D. The Port?

I myself am leaning towards the space shuttle seeing as that is what generates the economy in this part of the state (outside of tourists like yourselves).

I will entertain any other suggestions and go with the majority of voters.

Jenn has her own Buzz Lightyear bubbles got them at the disney store... lol she has been using them around the house , getting very excited...
I have been working alone for the last 2 weeks
for those of u who dont know im a surveyor (Chief of party)
it takes 2 to Survey lol if u get it ...
has been nice .. but this week they r bringing in another surveyor so i can get thing wrapped up on several projects
we r working on .. the boss has busy week planned for me ...
friday is a prevacation day we made these up.. U show up at work but have to do absolutly nothing ..... lol in the way of thinking the other guy does all of that ....

Just spoke with "Michael" at DCL and Theme nights are NOT finalized yet, he said, they are still working on finalizing them. He also stated we will probably find out when you board. Hmmmmm.

He stated As long as we know there is one Formal and one semi-formal night so we know what to bring and one Mexicali night.

Oh Well I tried.

Joe , How is the list going. Great job there.

Diving on Sunday and Monday then real work on Tues and Wed. The guys know I get this 1000 yard vacation glaze on my eyes before a Mouse Trip.

Guess we will just have to play the theme nights by ear.

Almost time to do the vacation dance..... yes.

Something tells me this thread will keep on going after the cruise. That is a good thing.

Just got a message from a friend who lives in the MCO area and he said there was a blip on the local TV about the 5/11 inaugural sailing. He said there was talk about special events and special guests.

I told him that this group was pretty special, nuf said.

Could be interesting, maybe we can bend Eisner's ear, He might want to be part of operation C'MON. Maybe he likes Boons Farm. We should send him an invite.

No special meet with Mike, he can come to the BF mtg, heck he should pop for the BF given his bonus. He could buy enough BF to float the Magic.

Went to the Wine Boutique (Liquor Store) and procured an excellent BF Sangria vintage Thursday this week. Went into sticker shock, prices have jumped since I last bought it.

Should travel ok wrapped up in my wetsuit.

Well Scott, it did go from $1.69 to $2.29 here on the east coast so I guess it would be a little more out there where they make the stuff

Here is the latest from DCL: I was on the phone for about a half hour with Santa FE? G(J)illian, and a Mr. Rice? Here is what they said. They have finalized a "Captain Gala", "Small World" last night (casual), Mexicalifragilisticexpealidocious (casual) night after we leave or the night we are in Cozumel. There will be one formal and one semi-formal evenings, but will not tell which will be which. I was told that there will be "massive and mega" surprizes for us on board this cruise and they are not going to release a whole lot more, since it may spoil it? Can I please have my bib and rattle If we call on Saturday they will most likely have everything set. Plenty of guest appearances yada yadda! Wonder who will be on board beside us?

Packing list: White Jacket, Sport coat, 2 pants, no socks, 2 shirts, 3 shorts and 3 tops. Thats it I ain't bringing no more and don't care

Joe,Thanks for the update. If you get the bib a rattle. I guess I will have to hold my breath.

I wonder if the Captain ever tells anybody " if you don't' stop that I am going to have to stop the Boat and you don't want me to stop the boat."

Joe the mega and massive statement got me to thinking. Now I have a head ache.

This will be the first time the Magic has "officially" on a scheduled basis will be visiting these new ports.

I had a friend who lived in ST. Thomas when the Magic first visited there on a scheduled basis. I kinda recall him telling me St Thomas made a big deal out of the first arrival. Maybe we might see something like that? Just thinking.

Good Day all...

Day one of garage sale complete. We did fairly well. Hopefully tomorrow we will sell a bunch of the leftover stuff. Hubby got measured for his tux today. We will pick it up on Friday. He is going to have a regular black tux and 2 different color ties and cumberbunds. He will just be wearing a tie and slacks the rest of the nights. Don't feel like spending 200 on a sport coat right now. Would rather save it for the cruise. Hopefully Palo's will not mind if he just wears nice pands, a button down shirt and a tie. What do you guys think?

I can't wait to find out what Disney has planned for us. It sounds very exciting... Only 6 more days...woooohoooo.

My husband just told me that some of you bought lime green t-shirts to wear next week. Are there any left? I can't believe he just now told me about the shirts. He's been reading this since before Christmas! I'd love a way to help identify all of you next week

Also, we're staying at the Radisson Friday night. How many of you will be there? Are you planning any DIS gatherings prior to or during the cruise? I guess my DH was being antisocial...I would love to meet some of you. Especially any of you with small children (we have a 12 1/2 mo old daughter). Not that I wouldn't love to meet you all, but I've given you fair warning--daughter can be a little rowdy!!

I'm not sure DH will wear lime green but I'd love one and daughter would also if any 18mo. sizes were made.

Hi Stephmarty... Welcome... and YES we are planning a meet at the Radisson, we will be there pre night also. There are lots of meets planned. But we had to draw the line with Eisner, just not enough time on this cruise for that.

You can e mail JoeandJoanne, as he is keeping track of who is staying where, etc.etc.

If you go back a few pages you will see his post of who is going and who is missing. Jim, where r u? You always know how to get the links.
