Hi all
Still here and monitoring the board when I can get it. Since I had the day off I was going to read from November backward. NNNNNNNOOoooooo wwwwwwaaaaayyyyyy! Had to substitute Plan B, a day on the slopes. Did not break anything so at my age this is a good thing. Ok, now that the boards are back up
what is the story on the night before? We will be at the Radison early pending no delays with the airline industry. We ALWAYS travel on the first plane out of the airport so we have plenty of time to get there should the plane not go or something... Any word on the tie-dies or others?

Hope everyone is doing good! Went shopping today....Got shoes for Dh and Shorts for DS. I must be crazy buying shorts....it's 40 here. lol. I'm starting to go through everything that I'm going to pack. Is anyone else or am I nuts?

Others: For those celebrating annivesaries. I read somewhere that if we have a "Group" then maybe we can get advance ressies at Palo's? Nah! Maybe we just be better off with the wine party, I can not believe that I found Boones Farm Wine....any other sugestions for the screw-off bottles of wine that should be available for the wine tasting?

TNRobin: Where is the poll located for the night before? May have to change my two-bedroom suite?

BTW: What changes to the board are evident? I just about had all my posts read colored lime green. Now I have to start all over. Might have missed something so this is a good thing.

Joe and Joanne - I think we could try for the group at palo's then we can also each do our own thing again if we choose I am not sure if all the dates for celebrating anniversary, b-day, etc are the same but it won't really make a difference.
I will bring a cork screw if I can get it through in my checked bag at the airport, if not we get anotherone on board. Last cruise I got two from roomservice with the cheese and crackers. This way the wine does not have to be screw top!! Please bring the boones farm I actually never had it and have always wondered what it was like. I will bring the First Crush from an Ohio winery. We did bring it on board in our carry-on bags last cruise. I am more concerned about getting it down on the flight (drove last time)

If any one else is staying at the Radisson with J&J, & us ???? we could schedule a DIS meet. What do the rest of you think?

DH is still working on the shirt design, awaiting the finished design to arrive by email so that he might forward it to all that would like to see it.

Hi Folks

Sounds like this is starting to come together. I will wait a few weeks before I get the Boones Farm so it is of proper age? Does anyone know if you can bring it on the Airplane in carry-on? Where there is a will there is a way. I know I wont have any problems with the dixie cups (ha!). It is almost February which means time is getting short, hope we all have our plans laid out.

Others: With all the talk about booking an additional cruise while on board, I was wondering if inkcognito will be joinging us? It seems Dave and Barb would know all the ins and outs of booking a reasonable future trip, so maybe "a conference" could be arranged, like by the pool or Deck 8 aft if large enough? Can't wait to book another and we have not even left for this one.

I'm very confused, are you guys all personal friends??? Have you all cruised together before?
We will be on the May 11 Magic cruise also, first cruise for us so I'm all new to this. I'm still trying to talk myself into this cruise, concerned about seasickness.
Whats with the lime green shirts and the Boones farms? Clue me in if you don't mind.
We are staying at the Swan the night before.

Great thing this internet. Me personally I have not met anyone on these boards and I think for the most part none of us have met each other? It is just through the boards. if you read the entire thread from start to finish you will get the gist of the Boones farm and other stuff. Most of the time its great to have an idea of the folks with whom you will be cruising. I think we are all just CRAZY in case you haven't figured that one out as yet.

Dont worry about seasickness unless you have already been on a cruise and were affected. Me personally, I love the rolling ocean...but then again I also ride a jetski and slide down mountains on long sticks..... Welcome to the boards and I hope you talk yourself into this one!

hi you two. Two names I recognize at least. Well if you ever go to the Colllectors Board you will know why I am never in Friday night chat. I am the hostess of the Friday Night Pin Magical Moments Meets at the Contemporary from 7p.m. until all us maniacs go home.

CMatt: Glad your still around As far as being kept in line... Joanne has me practicing packing...You know put it here...no not that way, this way...ok now try again....if you get it right the zipper will close without sitting on the thing....jeesh, you forgot the fins, snorkel and mask now you have to start all over again and be careful not to rip the plastic thingies over my dresses......you get the idea (ha!).

WDWGoose: Boy, it is good to know about the coffee. I will bring my own packets of Instant Hot Chocolate. They help me sleep at night along with my cookies???? Can I get chocolate cookies from room service??? Do you have access to Excel? Have an idea for the group thing, maybe a Sea Day Brunch at Palo's. Joanne thinks maybe we can let the others on anniversary, birthdays, etc. do dinner on their own. Me personally, I think it would be great....we can all talk about how we met each other? Someone said something about a not so newlywed game? Boy that would be a hoot! We can run our own, right after the wine tasting (yes!)
