We have cruised twice before with DCL and the second trip was much better than the first because we discovered DIS. What a difference it made. After this curise we are driving to West Palm Beach to have dinner with DIS friends from our last cruise.

Hey Joe what is that about the who? -> Flyers and the Stanley Cup, I don't know what you might be thinking because the RED WINGS will ROCK and bring it home to HOCKEYTOWN once again!!!

One horse show (4 days), 4 1/2 work days til WDW. (only 4 more packing days until WDW)
Flying out in 9 days + a few hours.

ScottH: Welcome back, going to clean up the DA this weekend as well, charge up the batteries and try to learn how to use the video on it.

Others: Seems NJ and Phil will not be in post season play for hockey, which is a good thing. Now I dont have to plan for time in the skybox

Ok going back to bed or maybe do some work. I know during the next few days I will not feel like working at all, especially since it all involves NEPA review actions (thats environmental gobbily gook).

Hi Folks
Anyone get any more info on rotations and theme nights? Formal/semi-formal? Anything different on Animators with the APLAPLA rotation? Is saturday the show or tues? DCL still says second on this rotation Ah, nevermind will just go with the flow?

OK which guys are bringing a tux? Will white dinner jacket work for both nights or how about this, Dinner jacket for formal night, dark sports coat for semi-formal (be out of place?) and different pants with sport coat for Palo's? Need some room in suitcases for more BF and bubbles Plus I can now get it down to two pairs of shoes.

Does anyone know if they have Sushi on board?

Ok it is 5:30 AM and the 6 Month old Malamute thought it would be a good time to play ball. It is amazing how well our pets train us.

I will be bringing my tux with both Jackets. Diner Jacket for formal and Black for semi formal.

This will be cruise # 7 on DCL for us.

Must pack this weekend as next is tied up with a dive class open water dives.

Joe, sushi I think there was some at the Oriental Lunch Buffet at Parrot Cay.

6 days at work till we go, yes

Monday at 4 sounds good to me for a deck 7 aft BF tasting.

OK since our cover story will be we are temp cruise workers who wants to be what???

I think if I can get a Scandinavian accent down I might be the captain, or maybe the ships engineer I could run around saying "captain the warp drive can't take any more, I 'm giving her all I got....." (Scottish accent etc, ya know), or ships Doctor, or a pointy ear dude, enough of this.... Maybe I will just be a Pirate arriving 200 years too late, a victim of fate. (another Buffett reference)

Any other Parrotheads out there??? Any thought on the new album, "Far Side of the World"?

Goose, do you think 25 packs of gum is enough?? It's carefree bubble gum, so if you like something else, you're out of luck!

I think I am officially finished buying as of today. I'm taking the kids to stride rite to get new sneakers. They've been wearing the slip on ones and I'm afraid they'll get blisters with all the walking we're doing. After that, the bank is closed !!!

TkdLisa: Bubble gum? I have just closed the bags People, you have got to stop adding stuff to the list of things to bring The ship can only displace so much water after that it sinks

What is the gum for? I got six bottles of liquid stuff can't chew that and it tastes kind of icky Just for some color

J&J i am bringing the tux , but u could get away with dinner jacket,

wow a lot of people have been on disney cruise lines
this is # 4 for us and we have #5 booked for Dec.
and we r probably going to book # 6 on board if the price is right.

Sushi i believe it is offered the night at AP dinner ...

not sure if they still do that or not ..
bring the boones farm in case they dont.... it is good option




joe i bet there is alot of last minute changes going on the list ...

TKD LISA u will love it we r just in awe every time we get on the ship we think it is one of the best trips we have taken ,
and we have been alot of other place besides disney stuff..

once we rented a sail boat in the British Virgin Islands,
with a Captian and cook for a week .. just the 2 of us that was awesome.. it was a 50 foot sail boat.
and the captain and cook new just where to go.. what a great time.. Was the Honeymoon..

Joe, don't worry about the boat sinking as TKDLisa has the right idea. We can use all the bubble gum she is brining to either patch holes or blow lots of bubbles to us as float bags to keep the ship afloat.

Thought it was just me but Far Side is a little mellow some songs are good but kinda melancholy on the whole. Just got to be in that kinda mood. The 1st cut made me think about getting ready for the trip to Africa.

Our cruises include one to Nova Scotia, one to Canada, one to Alaska, and a WINDJAMMER (yes) in the BVI! Way cool, easy to pack for 1 pair docksiders, two bathing suits, 3 t shirts, a toothbrush, deodorant, camera and a comb. That was just too easy! Forgot a blanket for Joanne!

This will be our 4th DCL cruise. We've done the 3 Day, 4 Day and 7 Day Eastern. Now the 7 Day Western. Hope to book #5 on board.
Shopping is finished. Money has run out so the shopping must be finished - right? Now on to the packing....YEA!!!!

Joe the travel adapter works with the cradle cord. I think I have that thing kinda figured out.

Lynn wants to get a label maker, guess I will have labels everywhere, not a bad idea. Off for more shopping.

hey Joe wehats the hurricane picture look like, met a guy on the wonder that got his whole cruise free because on there other cruise in the spring ran into hurricanes that prevented them to go to there ports


so they went out sea,, for there cruise , keeping my fingers,

crossed,, we can always hope ,, plus they got a whole lot of ship borad credits

Hurricane season is from June through Nov. Our chances are pretty slim. Most of the big storm activity is usually in the fall. No need to reason with the hurricane season.
