????? For R&D man Joe about Cozumel can you find any info on Dzul Ha I know its free admission,, resonable locker fees a couple of dollars,,

link if you can find one, taxi fare i think is about 8.00

food and drink is cheap compared to else where,, and they do expect you to buy some and its south,, of docks

hows the beach???

they say great snorkeling,, and rentals

no little jelly fish there.

Hi Folks

For cheap: The night before you are to go on an excursion, call room service and order your favorite sandwich and munchies. Put it in a ziplock bag and you are ready for a snack during your excursion. Bring a water bottle filled on board and put it in your cooler at night. It won't be cold, but it will be wet and safe

CMATT: On Dzul Ha? Where do you come up with this stuff? I found a nice luxury 3 bedroom villa south of town under this listing. It mentions the reef in front goes from knee deep to over 60 feet quickly, more a dive spot? Will check the other search engines for ya, but does not look good initially? Never know!

Psiklops: Jim you really should have charged at least $2.00 for that timer...would at least pay for next trip Will send a beer...

How is everyone today? We move ever closer to the date we leave. Still trying to decide if I am going to stay the night at the Radisson and leave my van there or drive the morning of and park in the lot...

For Palo's dinner I think I will do it on Tuesday. We will get out of GC at 5:00 so I am thinking I will make it for 7:30 to have time to get relax and get ready. I am making my spa ressies (Surial Bath) for Monday afternoon. The brunch will be Monday morning. Are we going to get a time? DisCrusnMommie are you still out there? Do we have a set time for the brunch? Are we confirmed?

I consider the time I spent on the Countdown Timer (about 6hrs. all-told) to be recompensation for all of the great info I've gotten here.

If it wasn't for this board, I'd be clueless (as usual) during our cruise. Also, it provides a necessary diversion at work - can't wait to get e-mails saying there are replies on the thread!

My husband and I are going. I noticed there was a mention of a list being created, so I thought I would give you this info. Our names are Mark and Laura. Mark is turning 28 on May 8th and I am turning 26 on May 26th. We have no children, but are traveling with my parents. We are going on the Shipwreck and Reef Snorkle excursion in Grand Cayman at 1:40pm, and the Fury Catamaran Sail, Snorkle & Beach Party excursion in Cozumel at 1:00pm. This will be our 4th cruise with Disney, we are hooked! I am counting down. 4 weeks and 1 day till we go to Orlando, then to the cruise. We are going to stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort May 8th - May 11th then head on to the cruise. Look forward to meeting anyone on the ship. Are there any others going to Caribbean Beach or any Disney Resort before the cruise? Are there any couples going around our age? By the way, I am new so I don't know all the abbreviations, what does DH and PM mean? By the way, we live in Clearwater, FL. We are interested in the T-Shirts. Please, let us know more info. on them. Can you update us on the things that you all are planning to do as a group? This thread is so long.

the night before.. very popular spot.
There is a brunch planned for alot of the people on this board..

What are your folks names so I have them? Send WDWGoose an email for the shirts. I think they are already ordered but do not despair! This group of loonies has a way of making things happen! (Can't is not in my vocabulary) Tell WDWGoose the sizes you need. I am not sure of the price but I think they were around $15.00 each. If you cant see the picture I will repost it if I can find it? There were some modifications to it so I am not sure of the final "look". Knowing GaRry it will probably be acceptable for "us" wierd to thers: and downright "cruel" to others?

Instead of the 26 bottles of Boones Farm (in order to lower my budget), I am springing for a package of 50 water fountain cups. You know the ones you can not put down with the pointy bottoms. I chose these for the simple reason that once your cup has the BF in it you will not be able to set it down You will have to drink up!

Oh by the way Jim (Psiklps) let me in on a secret. He installed a code into the counter. Everyone that uses the timer has an email sent to DCL authorizing a $.38 charge to be placed on your shipboard account. These amounts are then transferred to HIS shipboard account. He told me that I did not have the guts to tell everyone this and if I did he would re-write it so it sends and additional $.38 to MY account. Hope everyone passes this word along. We need to get some more BF? I think that was so cool of him and slick as well.

Jen, Wouldn't it be cheaper to stay at Radisson the night before and park in their lot instead of paying for parking. Although I think Disneys lot is locked. Also whisper in that Surial Bath, on another thread someone was saying she heard everything from the Surial Bath, I think she was in another spa area.

C'MON, someone must have stayed in a regular room at the Radisson. If you have, is it dumpy? Days Inn style? Am doing the regular room and not the suite and someone said they heard not so nice things about the regular rooms. Please help out here.

Thanks Joe for the links on Dzul Ha. I too just discovered it last night, wading through a heap of information. And what I had read said it was some of the best. Maybe since it's not a Disney destination, it would be a better bet? Less crowded, cheaper, etc.

CMatt, give me your opinion after your research if you don't mind.

Stomach flu is gone, thank GOD! But so is the 5 pounds that I lost! Oh well, that's what those Hawaiian muu-muus are for!

Thanks for the reply, I finally caught on as I read further into the thread. My folks name are Bill and Barbara, they are also going on the same shore excursions as Mark and me. We are staying in stateroom 7026 and 7028. Has anyone stayed in those rooms? We have always been down a deck or two.

I noticed in the docs I received that they are only allowing 1 carryon plus a purse or briefcase per person. Plus, they are limiting the size on the carryon. Does anyone know if they are strictly enforcing it?

DH and I brought a small rollon suitcase, 2 backpacks, and a traincase last year. We didn't have any problems then and were planning on doing the same this year, but I wonder if we will have problems?
