APs without parking included have no appeal. Certainly Florida Resident APs.
If you are in a family of 2 or more you may opt to only buy one pass that includes parking. That's what we used to do at Disney and that's how our passes are currently at UO

That works for short trips a few times a year. But with Pixie Dust, it would only take a few full priced (or even FL resident discount) day tickets to add up to the price of the AP. Going with two APs seems to make the most sense. Even at the top end of the Passes. It doesn't take many park visits for daily tickets to add up to over $1000. We are mostly talking about local (FL Resident) AP holders here. They are more likely to visit the parks multiple times a years. Your suggestion works well for someone who may just go one time a year. If they still sold 10-day non expiring tickets, that would be great. Those were the days...

I do agree that it's hard to quantify AP cash spending, but I think it's far less about those items like food and merch as it is tix/lodging as this is the bulk of what disney is tracking when they say that APs don't butter their bread. It's the guests that come in and buy a week's worth of tix for a family of 4. That's their money making machine. They're less likely to stay off property, dine off property and if they're a one and done, they'll go ham on merch. I know that Disney misses the mark on a lot of things, making money and tracking how they can increase revenue, is something they're good at. They're revenues are far greater for the out of town family than the locals who don't stay on property and don't buy tickets. I see very few people use cash in the parks and I would suspect with how prevalent mobile dining is, Disney has more cashless spenders today than ever.
Disney Parks are highly dependent on guests who stay off property. There are way more in the parks from off property than there are from Disney hotels. Disney can never dismiss their importance, they can't afford to lose their dollars.

I am not sure what you're talking about but I live 20 mins away and am referring to the days when you could buy a season pass that didn't include parking. 1 person buys an annual pass with parking and one buys a pass that does not include parking

I was talking what one can do now. There is no option of a Season Pass or other AP that doesn't include parking. The only option available would be for a family or couple to buy an AP and then daily tickets for everyone else. Given the price of Florida Resident APs, it would be hard to make that work. Far cheaper to just all buy APs.

Yes the season pass went away when they introduced the gold and silver passes

I hope y'all don't mind a quick question on the subject of pass holders, maybe this is the best place to ask, for any who have park reservations, if you don't mind. Can you cancel your current park reservation? I'm needing to change a reservation but can't cancel my existing reservation. The Cancel link is not there when I click View Details. I'm not sure what to do

If you are using your phone, try your laptop or desktop. If using a laptop or desktop, try the app on your phone. Some have reported that things work on a phone app that don't on their laptop and vice versa. Othefwise, you'll have to call.

Thanks. Tried on both. Odd because I had no problems in the past. Figures now I do. We decided to add DGD to a trip we already had booked. She has tickets and her availability differs from ours even though we are both using a resort stay pool. She can’t get in the park we already have booked so I need to change our day so we can go to the same park. Just a nightmare

Recent change for passholders: You need to use the website, not the app, and click on Park Reservations as if you were going to book one. A list of your already-booked will appear, and you can click on the one you don’t want, and the Cancel button will appear.

We cancel reservations all the time, though my wife is the one doing it and always on a full browser on her iPad. Never through the app.
