In what order should I book?

This will be our first trip to WDW. I have done some research and I think I have our ADR's set.

CRT (lunch)
Chef Mickey's (dinner)
Ohana (dinner)
Kona (dinner)
Le Cellier (dinner)
Wilderness Canyon Cafe (dinner)
50's PT (dinner)
Teppon Edo? (dinner)

CRT is for DD's b-day so that is priority (does it take a long time online since you need a CC?)

What order should I book them?

Definitely do CRT, Le Cellier, & Ohana first - when our time came to make ADR's we were not able to get Le Cellier or Ohana (didn't try CRT but I've read it's tough to get) - It took a couple of weeks of trying to get Ohana, but we're still trying for Le Cellier.

Chef Mickey's (breakfast) was one of our top ADR's and we got our time with no problem. I don't know if dinner is any different.

We also had no problem with 50's Prime Time Cafe or Whispering Canyon Cafe (we made 17 ADR's (deluxe dining plan) and they were toward's the bottom of our list.)

Kona and Teppan Edo are popular, but each time I'd try online for Ohana for the two weeks it took to get an ADR, Kona always popped up as an alternative.
