Is the online ADR system in sync with the internal system the CMs use? Is there ever something available on the phone that is not available when you check online?

From everything I have seen and what I have been told - yes. The availability is the same online as when you phone in. The CMs even offer the same alternatives for booked-up restaurants.Share this page
