Thanks to the wonderful folks who posted their crockpot recipes here, I have a roast cooking away in mine. (thank you to whoever posted the cranberry sauce/brown sugar recipe! my house smells divine!
) I would like to make roasted potatoes (my DH's fave) but i have never had any success.
Do I roast them at high heat for a short amount of time or low heat for longer? My grandmother used to make them PERFECT ..kind of crispy on the outside but soft and sweet on the inside.
any suggestions to help me master this simple
dish?
