Okay, gang. I know I always go with my official WW weight, but I am weighing in tomorrow for the challenge. I just know I lost something between last week and now - And Monday's weigh in was only to keep myself honest while on vacation.
So how to all of you do it? Nekkind? Light clothing? Obviously I wear clothes to WW. Should I just wear what I would for my WW weigh in?
I want a real number for our last week of the challenge!

Absolutely...you must weigh in naked. DWD has been in the closet eating Easter chocolate, I never lose, Dawn has been drinking pineapple juice which is loaded with...ummmm....sugar.![]()
I am what ya call an affecianado in the field of this so here is some weight loss/quick tips for making the most out of your bednight snack...
Poprocks....lots of fiz and fun in the mouth...
Jelly....just a little goes a long way...many different flavors...raspberry/boisenberry have seeds so be carefull...it can stick in your teeth...
Syrup/honey/molases....sweet and lickably delicious
Altoids...one or 2 will do just fine...10 might start a "fire in the hole" yours and his
Frosting....sweet w/ nice consistancy and multiple flavors abound...
A long john (donut) just makes eating it more fun...
Peanut Butter...takes a while to eat so you get your fill w/ out a lot of calories....name brands really don't matter so save money and dump Peter Pan!
Tips...I have plenty....That's why Grumpy is not so Grumpy anymore...
