I have news. Big news. In fact, in the almost 2 years of this thread, I have never posted news like this. Are you ready?
I'm down 4 pounds this week!
Yes, me. FOUR! (For those that are new, seemingly no matter how I eat or how much I work out, I lose at a snail's pace, plateau for months on end, then start losing at a snail's pace again.) So this is a major loss for me. Yes, it is due to this being my first week of "on." But again, I never get this initial loss when recommitting like most people do. So it is super exciting for me.
