In-room dining at Boardwalk Inn

I know that in-room dining is two dining credits and was wondering if the Community Chest Sampler would be included in options covered by the dining plan? It says it "serves up to 4 guests", there are two of us but I figured that maybe they change the amount of food dependent on the amount of guests. Anyone know the details?
