In-room coffeemakers?

It's not open yet, but Poly's rooms should have them when they reopen per the pictures.

I'm pretty sure they are in the rooms in Gran Destino Tower at CSR...not sure about the non-Tower rooms.

Tower Studios (NOT the Deluxe Studios) at Riviera have them.

The rooms in the Ranchos section had Keurig coffee machines last time I stayed there (Sept 2019) so I assume they are still there and in the non-tower rooms.

May I ask, are they kureg type machines?

No. Mr Coffee style coffee makers. Usually 10-12 cups but studios might get 4-6 cup coffee makers. Filters are not provided, but filtered pouches of Joffrey's is provided..
