In room child care at disney???????

Have any of you used in room care and if so which company and what were your experiences? Also can you request a specific care provider and if so amy reccomendations. My co-worker is traveling and has 3 kids, she is thinking of leaving the older 2 at the center at Wilderness lodge where they are staying, but their youngest is not old enough. They think they might want one evening to themselves. She knows this will be rather costly. Also if you know the cost, about tipping, minimums, and how far in advance you need to schedule. We used Kids Night Out in Sept 2004. Our sitter was Eleanor. She was wonderful. She came w/ a basket full of age appropriate toys. She is a grandma type. Our boys really liked her.
