We didn't do the full celebration, but in 2014 we had the Minnie Cris-mouse tree delivered and set up in the room. It was an adorable surprise, and we brought it home to enjoy last year. Some of the less expensive options are also really cool!View attachment 159903 Has anyone done this? I can't find any other pictures online, and the price seems a little outrageous.
I'm considering it only bc the trip is a complete surprise for my son that he won't find out about until he opens an early Christmas gift containing our magic bands on the last day of our cruise.
I didn't see that as an option.. Sounds adorable! Was it ordered on the same page as the celebrations? We didn't do the full celebration, but in 2014 we had the Minnie Cris-mouse tree delivered and set up in the room. It was through the Disney Parks Florist. Not all of their items are available this far in advance. I think that one couldn't be ordered until maybe October. It was $150 I think, so not cheap, but a lot less than the full in room celebration.I didn't see that as an option.. Sounds adorable! Was it ordered on the same page as the celebrations?

Oh I'm sure that was a beautiful wedding!A few years back we did an in room celebration for my nephew and his new bride who were married at the Wedding Pavilion on New Years Eve. They LOVED it. Very small wedding with immediate family only and this was our way of "being there" for them. A little expensive but, according them, WELL worth it.

We've done the family cooler too and loved it. This Easter I did a smaller cinch sack with much less inside. A big hit.

Thanks!!! Do you think this is fun and appropriate for a 6 year old boy? I know a new Star Wars in room celebration is coming out, but I just like the idea of a Christmas theme for DecemberI have - Yes it's overpriced - Yes it's cool.
The pluto "games" are just a bunch of card board signs and things that can be made. The light up noses are and reindeer ears are cute but not worth that much either. The cookies and rice krispy treats are good though but the rest of the treats were just stuff I could've bought downstairs at the gift shop. The santa "bags" which are more like semi-rigid carry "tubes" then bags that are collapsable (very helpful with trying to get home in the luggage) were also nice. There was also glittery mickey mouse heads leading a path into the room. The killer portion of this package were the LED luminaries that were setup around the bags and gave everything a warm glow when we entered (they're also reuseable) AND the Christmas banner which has a tree on the back with embedded LED lights that light up.
For the celebrations its LESS of what you get and MORE of the experience itself - coming back to the room and seeing everything decked out. But the banner, luminaries and sacks are keepers. (And eat the
