If we stay "off park" can we access the transportation between parks etc? I'm finding I can rent a 2 brm condo for 9 nites for $800.00 or so...better than the $2200.00 at WL>
i heard the official answer was grey, that onsite transportation buses were for onsite wdw guests only but that monorail & boats could be used by offsite guests. hmm.
we always stay onsite at wdw, so it wouldnt be a problem for us.

If you've got a ticket that provides park-hopping, I would think Disney would provide a bus to get you from park to park.
Whatever the official answer is, I've never been asked to show park admission or resort ID to get on a bus, so I don't think you should have a problem.
Except during times of high security or during times of high demand or when going to a park for early extra magic hours, off site guests have been able to take any Disney transportation.
It's an excellent way to visit resorts and perhaps eat there or think about staying there.
