DD10's bookbag is a back breaker every day.
It is ridiculous.
If I walk out to the busstop to pick her up
my back hurts carrying it home, so I can't imagine how she can lug it around

not too hot outside, but not cold by any means



I ordered dinner
pizza and strombolis

I got out a few Halloween/fall decorations
since I had to dig around in the attic
for a rock star wig for DS
since tomorrow is "Rock Star" day at school



I know nothing of this "rock star" holiday, either
obviously just a fun day to dress up crazy

to complete the rock star look

he is asking DD13

he will have better luck with MY jeans...

Breakfast is all ready- French toast this morning (sits on a warming tray till everyone gets downstairs)

I am getting ready to go out and mail out a package at the post office (they have lobby hours starting at 6:30 where you can handle things on your own at an automated machine), then I will be dropping off some things at my sister's house and then heading to the supermarket.

I can't believe that your temp is 20 degrees cooler than it is in NY! It is a very hot and humid day here today. I think it is the last day for a long time that we will have such warm weather.

I am working some over time at work this evening since I'm getting dang close to Disney time.

I have an eye doctor appt next week and it's a GOOD thing... I can barely see today, time for a new prescription!
