We went to see New Moon last night...
it was pretty good...didn't really follow the book that well though and they added some stuff...but overall I enjoyed it. I also enjoyed looking at Taylor Lautner for 2 hours

we are heading to New England for Thanksgiving this year. (RI & Mass), SIL got us tickets in the Bank of America box for the Bruins game on Saturday. DH is stressing over who to take............4 tickets, will be a VERY late night, the little guys are out. Luxury box, so that makes the Momma maybe want to go

DH was thinking of making it a 'date night' for us and another couple, leave the kids w/ one of the SILs.......but I would feel AWFUL if DS12 didn't go......course if I don't go, then I get to hang w/ SILs for HOURS And then there is the factor of gettting into Boston and having not driven there in YEARS! Taking one of the local relatives would be more conducive for that reason......boy, now I sound like I'm stressing!

I do this exact same rationalizing with myself...I find I will wake in the middle of the night with a thought about issues like this! My personal vote, send DS12 and enjoy your sis's.

Hey PAD, do the gift cards have a number on the back like a credit card?

To use it for the cost of the hotel room, when you book you have to pay right then. I was thinking of getting the hundred dollar one and using it for the cost of the overnight stay, but I would need to be able to use the card llike a credit card.

they do have a number on the back, but it is not as long a credit card number, so I'm not sure that would work. I wonder if you could book it w/ the cc and then pay for it w/ the gc when you got there..................I'm thinking that would work.
