In one sentence: What does DVC mean to you?

DVC is the knowing smile and happiness we have at being able to take our family on an affordable vacation (whether to WDW or elsewhere through exchanges) at least one a year.;)

"An investment in guaranteed smiles :) and happy times :bounce: with family and friends, in the heart of the magic!" ::MickeyMo

Looking forward to going on vaction to a "magical" place, year after year and create those special memories with my family to cherish for a lifetime!

Years of family vacations and happy memories: Priceless!

Grandchildren saying "Thanks Grandpa for making it possible for us to come to Disney World every year".

DVC to me means guaranteed quality time spent with my family at the happiest place on earth for the next 38 years.

The freedom to vacation when and at whatever resort we want at the place we love.

Never(hopefully)having to say "I'm sorry, we can't afford to visit WDW this year."

DVC means I can waste hours per day on these boards instead of having to do icky work work at work enjoying fun things like smoking/non-smoking/roomsize/long hallway debates and how evil it is to try to coerce the price of rentals to $12/day and how stingy DVC is with towels (excepting pool towels, even if they are delivered before the roosters crow) and endless (though not recent unless I missed it) debates on how much to tip whom and occasionally it means I can go with friends and family and have fun with them at WDW and I used to be able to laugh at them in Alien Encounter, but now won't be able to because that idiot Eisner really should have built it in MGM instead of the MK and now it has to go 'cuz it's not kid friendly enough even though my first time there we got to watch a little girl of about 7 laughing hysterically at her older brother (about 12) who was screaming and crying his head off and I still like going even if they carrousel of progress has been closed every year since 98 when we went.

Today's diatribe brought to you by the word 'and'. Use it between all of your sentence fragments. Periods are for ice hockey. :cool2:

It means we don't say "no" when the kids ask to ride Peter Pan or Big Thunder Mountain, just "when"!!!
