In need of suggestions

Hi all. Sara and I will be in WDW on NYE and we are looking for any suggestions to make it a fun but not annoying holiday. We will be arriving the morning of the 31st and will be staying at the new Pop Century Resort. We are not looking to buy park tickets but would like to do something fun. Any suggestions to maybe see some of the fireworks or anything else fun for two 22 YO ladies?

Just bumping this back to page one for you. I've never experienced NYE at WDW.

If you go to the Boardwalk, you should be able to see Epcot fireworks, and maybe MGM (if you walk down the walkway a bit). I don't know if the clubs will be charging a cover (probably). We really enjoyed walking the Boardwalk, the festivities were fun. However, it rained cats and dogs and we ended up back in our room at the Dolphin watching MGM fireworks from our room.

Pleasure Island is fun, but there is a charge for the whole night (around $50, I think). Don't know what Downtown Disney offers, but maybe someone else can make some suggestions.
