We are planning on next year and I have been looking for a villa.

We have family who will be sharing the villa with us, so they will be 6 adults in total as well as a child. I am looking for a 4 bedroom villa and have had no problems finding one that I am happy with price, location etc.

However the adults are wanting 3 of the rooms to be double. All the villas I have found have 2 double and 2 twin rooms? Will we be able to find such a thing?

We are willing to go without extras such a games room, video games etc and the villa doesn't need to be completely modern funishings or anything!

My husband and I were upgraded to a 6 bedroom house in the Windsor Hills resort last February (completely unnecessary as there were only 2 of us!!) and 4 of the bedrooms were doubles. Not sure what the smaller houses are like but worth a look?

Your best bet is a 5 bedroomed, it will be a hard thing to search on looking for a 4 bedroomed home with 3 doubles, not saying there aren't any
but not easy to find.
I have tried to filter out many combinations on the sites I have used to no avail.

Quite a few 5 bedroomed homes, especially the one's on two floors will often have 2 twins and then the remaining will be queen/king sized.

You might therefore need to go up one size and specifically look for a home on two floors.
We stayed at such a home at Cumbrian Lakes that had what I describe above 2 twins/1 king/2 queens.
That won't necessarily cost you more and might be your best option.

I did considor looking at a 5 bedroom villa, so will have a look to see what I can find.

Windsor hills seems to be abit out of our price range sadly as it looks like the prefect place to stay.

Thank you for your help.

Welcome.

Windsor Hills can be more expensive, it can cost more for a 4 bedroomed home there than it can for a 5 elsewhere.

The layout of homes can vary, we have stayed at Indian Creek a few times which is close to WH, nothing like as expensive but the homes tend to be bungalow type and hence doesn't have the bedrooms you are after.

Might be worth checking Windsor Palms or Emerald Island - both just around the corner from Windsor Hills.
Also Cumbrian Lakes where we have stayed have loads of very nice 2 floored 5 bedroomed homes, it's nice there and gated too - though down Poinciana Boulevard, so slightly different location.

Anyway, good luck. :goodvibes

We've stayed in several with more than two double rooms, but as Johnny says, they tend to be the bigger properties (5 and 6 bedrooms).

How about this in Sandy Ridge, though? Although it's further out than a lot of the other communities, it's right next to exit 55 of the I-4 and you can actually be at WDW and all the other attractions a lot quicker than most. We've stayed in nearby Reunion several times, so I can vouch for the 10 minutes to Disney claims.
