In need of some creative genius!!

We are heading Disney at the end of the year for our first ever family vacation. This also happens to overlap my sister's 40th birthday. I always have matching shirts for at least one of our days in the park. I am hoping someone could help and design something special for my sister's birthday. Her favorite is Cinderella. So maybe something with Cinderella and "Celebrating my 40th" and then something that would go along with that design for the other 10 of us (guys, girls and a couple of kids). Thank you so much to whomever may choose to undertake this project. You guys are all very talented!!!
