For those of you who may not read our main thread that often, I have very sad news about June.

Vicki was able to get a hold of Melanie, her daughter, this morning. June passed away Monday morning.

Melanie's kids were involved in a car accident on their way to see Grandma. They are not badly hurt but were unable to see June before she passed.

There are logistical problems happening right now and when we know more about a memorial I will make sure that everyone knows.

I have Melanie's address if anyone would like it.
Also, if you were not called or pm'ed this morning and would like to be in the future, please pm me contact information.

I just keep thinking of how special June has become to all of us over this last year. I hope that Melanie and the rest of June's family know how lucky they were to have her in their lives. I never met her, but I feel like my life has been so greatly enriched through knowing her here!

I want you all to know that I feel the same way about you! You have made my life more full and wonderful, just from this contact! I love you all!

Just a small note to let June's family know how much she meant to us. I never met June face to face but would consider her a close friend. Everyone who considers themselves a DDA is the same way. I will still have our family picture made with Goofy in January in honor of June and will be thinking of her family.

My heart breaks to hear the news of June's passing. Although I didn't have the pleasure of meeting her in "real life", I so enjoyed getting to know her and her fun spirit and love of Disney through this site over the last year.

I will be praying for each of you that you find comfort in your memories of her - I know I will always see her sitting by her beloved Goofy on Main Street!
