I am actually down 19.2 pounds, but can't seem to get that scale moving again. I have been around the same weight for a month now!
I am going to try the 6 week makeover by Michael Thurman (from Extreme Makeover) The program fits into my WW guidlines, but is MUCH stricter!

Anyway, you take a questionaire to find out your body type and that's where they decide the diet that's right for you. You have to eat every 3 hours. Drink 100 oz. of water. There is NO dairy, sugar, sodium. The proteins and Carbs are determined by your body type. If not happy after trying it for the six weeks you can return it for a refund of your $$. It seems extreme and VERY structured, but I am still motivated to loose at least 25 more pounds so I am gonna kick it in the A _ _ !
UPDATE: I went to my WW meeting and from Sunday through Thursday I went down 4 pounds (according to her scale and that was after 2 meals and 32 ounces of water). My scale says 5 pounds!
However, I will go with the WW scale. Last week I was down 19.2 and now this week I am down 23.2 YEA! I am sticking to the 6 week makeover plan for another week and see how everything goes. My big obsticals are Super Bowl Sunday and my DD 7th Birthday tomorrow! I know I won't be able to resist some sugar! Oh, well I will do my best!
I am heading for a new clippie and hopefully another one next week! Whoopie!
