In-laws own RCI--help!?

My in-laws own RCI and recently tried looking for availability at BLT for the first week of March. Nothing was available that they saw. Is there any chance they will be able to find something less than 10 months out? We are kinda new to this....

It's very unlikely that BLT for March will show up on RCI. I've seen Disney resorts in August and October on RCI, but not March. There are plenty of good resorts in the Orlando/Kissimmee area that you should be able to find. I suggest you go to tugbbs.com for more info on using an RCI membership.

Do they own RCI WEEKS or POINTS? We own weeks & at least for us it depends on the TPU's (trade point units & I think the average for most Disney villas are at 40 or more) which ours is only about 38 right now until we deposit for 2014. I only look about every weekend but nothing for exchanges but PLENTY of buy extra vacations @ Old Key West & have not seen any for March 2014 ONLY from now til early Dec. 2013. We are always searching late December times but NEVER have any luck. The most selections I"ve ever seen are in OKW or SSR.

They'll have to keep looking since I assume they are RCI points. Most deposits are not BLT but most occur just under 7 months out and a few straggling in after that.

March won't be up yet, not for a while. I just saw Dec come up on the points side. There was a good bit of oct, some leftover sept and a good bit of dec available at 6 different DVC resorts.
